Pastor Joe Billingsley, his wife Diane, and their children Todd & Jodi,

joined the Mehoopany team in June 2003.

Pastor Joe has served in three other

Pennsylvania congregations over the past 25 years.

He is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University

and Covington Theological Seminary.

Diane is active in the Women's Ministries

and the Children's Ministry.
